Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This review is long over due! We reached out to Elizabethtown flooring with a very specific (and short) time period we could have new floors / carpet installed. They want above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and we could not be happier with the results! We will use them for future projects!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. E Town flooring was a wonderful Experience! Kayla was so helpful in our decision for the carpeting that butts up to our laminate. Chad was great at installing the carpet. He moved furniture for us, was on time, he work so hard and did an excellent job. He cleaned up well and even took our old padding (we had removed) to the dumpster. We were so thankful for this project to be finished! We are new in the area and it was a pleasure working with E Town flooring!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had the pleasure of working with the wonderful people to get my floor down and stairs carpeted. The installers were very personable, but also professional in doing their jobs. The people at the store are great to work with & it's so nice to be able to work with a small, local store. There are numerous types of flooring & carpet to choose from. I will be returning in the future to get my kitchen floor done by them. I recommend them for your flooring needs. I can't say enough good things about them. They are just great to work with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had our flooring replaced by Elizabethtown Flooring. Having just moved here from Louisiana, we were uncertain about what this area had to offer and where to begin the process. From the first visit to explore options to completion of the project, we have been over-the-top delighted with the service we’ve received. From the help making our choice for luxury vinyl plank to the detailed explanations of the product and its installation, Bryan and his crew have demonstrated professional courtesy and expertise and strong ethical values. We are very grateful for our beautiful new floor but even more so for the kindness and warm welcome to the Mt. Joy/Etown community they gave us. We wholeheartedly recommend Elizabethtown Flooring.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stopped in to look at sheet vinyl flooring samples. We left with some photos and contact information. When it was time to buy carpet for our bedroom, we went to E-town Flooring because we knew we were going to need to look at a lot of samples to find what we were looking for. Once we found something that would work for us, we scheduled for a measurement and got on the schedule for installation. The installation went smoothly and we're very happy with the results. We're not done with our renovation project, so we'll be visiting E-town Flooring again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased a home that has a finished portion of the basement (drywall and carpet), and needed to run a dehumidifier constantly, in an attempt to keep the dampness and musty smell under control. The floor was also extremely uneven. After a visit with Etown flooring, we decided to have vinyl flooring installed. Unfortunately, the concrete floor was damp and flaking, but Bryan really did his homework! He found products that were able to seal and level our floor. The entire team at Etown were fabulous to work with, and so helpful in working to find solutions for us. Our basement is now bright, flat, and has no musty odor. We love it!
