Dear Giant Food,
Your employee Paul at Giant Food Elizabethtown deserves at least a $10,000 bonus. Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday morning I've seen him rocking your customer service better than any t-shirt or slogan. I've watched him prep and hand carts to seniors bussing in from Masonic Village Retirement Community all year long, always ready for them. I asked him today if he was asked to do this and he humbly said "no, my God calls me to be a servant and I serve." He keeps the parking lot spotless and is always working hard. His name is Paul. I don't know him, but I know that you should go out of your way to do something big for him because he is doing something big for Giant every day. Watch & learn what an employee doing something he wasn't asked to do is doing for your brand Giant. I bet many of those Masonic Village residents have visited this store more often than the other stores in town simply because of Paul's service to them.
